Successful projects managed by PMC are realized through implementation of unique practices acquired through past experiences. The Pendulum Management team is the former managerial team of Indiana Army Ammunition Plant and Volunteer Army Ammunition Plant, now known as Facility One and The Volunteer Site respectively.
